Sign Shop Direct Return Policy

• All returns must have prior approval
• Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at customer's expense
• Returns of any stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee or a minimum charge of $35.00
• Custom orders and non-stock items are non-returnable
